Passion for Nail Art & Client Care

Hello! I'm Lisa Nicol, a 37-year-old nail technician based in Arbroath, Scotland. I created CutiColors after leaving a 13-year career in banking to follow my true passion — nails and nail art.

I trained with The Scottish Nail Academy under Emma Kilani and Lori Barnes, and furthered my skills with an E-File course at Willow Academy. I started my business from home, then expanded to a hair salon, later a beauty salon, and now I work from my own private studio at Abbey Studios — a flexible space that works perfectly around my family life.

I'm engaged to Lee, and we have two kids — Katie (15) and Alex (who has ADHD). The flexibility of my business means I can be there for my family while doing what I love.
